By means of a user friendly control panel and sophisticated software tools the Digital Sender allows scanned documents to be sent to other network users, network printers, specified desktop applications, or faxed or emailed to external recipients where a supported LAN fax server is available and its all in colour too. You can send almost any paper-based information whenever and wherever you want. Brochures, contracts, Standard Forms or medical images are compressed and converted to PDF (or TIFF) files that can be sent to several different people-in different places at once. Once the information is received, it can be stored, printed, edited or reformatted.
